Responsibilities
Job Location:
• Lead backend architecture and design scalable, event-driven systems.
• Build and maintain high-performance, reliable data-processing services.
• Drive technical excellence across architecture, tooling, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive initiatives that improve scalability and efficiency.
• Stay hands-on with code while guiding long-term technical direction.
