Responsibilities
Job Location:
- Take a key role in shaping and advancing the AI strategy, with a strong focus on the evolution of LLM-based agent systems
- Develop deep familiarity with multiple product domains and identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities that drive meaningful value
- Lead new initiatives from both a technological and business perspective
- Research, test, and integrate emerging AI capabilities into existing and new services while maintaining high engineering standards
- Own end-to-end development, from ideation and design through production and scaling
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and domain experts across the organization
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and evolving product needs
- Continuously enhance AI-driven features, identifying opportunities to expand functionality and user impact

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with LLM-based technologies
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Strong understanding of system design, clean code, and software architecture
- Experience with microservices-based architectures
- Production experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL
- Experience building scalable, secure, high-traffic systems
