Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of DevOps engineers.
• Drive team planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams.
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Hands-on Engineering
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for production environments.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and availability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Support security, monitoring, and operational excellence across production systems.

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or related roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
